Shared Horizons, component 2 is a regional initiative led by ALDA – The European Association for Local Democracy and funded by Expertise France, uniting six Western Balkan countries to promote dialogue, creativity, and regional cooperation. Bridges stand at the heart of this project — as powerful symbols of connection, understanding, and reconciliation across generations and borders.
Through Component 2, young people are encouraged to express their stories visually — through photography, video, and multimedia — and to transform them into immersive Augmented Reality experiences that link the past and present through innovation and art.
